Refund Policy

Why No Refunds?

StockEdu.shop sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon payment. Once the personalized Excel file has been generated and sent to your email address, the product has been fully delivered. We cannot "take back" a digital file once delivered.

Before You Buy

Please review the product page, feature list, and FAQ carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether this product is right for you, contact us at support@stockedu.shop before completing your order.

Exceptions

The only exception we consider is if a technical error on our end prevented you from receiving your file at all, and we are unable to re-deliver it. In such cases, please contact support within 7 days of purchase.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a digital product that has been successfully delivered is considered fraud. We reserve the right to terminate account access in such cases.
